Penalty clauses:

GREENOFFICE undertakes an estimate of 0.5% in the event of cash payment.
Any failure to pay on the due date of the invoice will give rise to late payment penalties equal to the interest rate applied to the European Central Bank plus 10 points to which is added a fixed period of recovery costs set at €40. VAT (c.com.art.D.441-5). In addition, in the event of recourse to legal proceedings to achieve payment, a penalty equal to 10% of the amounts due will be due.
